At a time when demand for advanced security solutions is increasing rapidly, Stålpartier i norr and Keep the company are strengthening their joint management team. Magnus Brevemark is appointed Deputy CEO of both companies, as well as Chief Operating Officer of Stålpartier i norr.
Stålpartier i norr AB (SPINAB) manufactures bespoke windows, doors and façade solutions in steel and stainless steel, including all solutions incorporating the Keep®safe system. The patented security solution is developed and marketed by Keep the company AB and has been created through close collaboration between the two companies, based on the high requirements of security-critical projects.
In light of a changing global situation and a sharply increasing demand for certified security solutions, the companies are now entering the next phase of their development, with the ambition of taking a leading position in the international market.

Magnus Brevemark has more than 20 years of experience from the Swedish Armed Forces, working across several different areas of operation. He has since led and delivered transformation and growth journeys in both industrial and commercial organizations. He has extensive experience in building structure, setting direction and leading organizations through scaling and increasing complexity, with major assignments at companies such as DHL and LKAB. Most recently, he comes from Nova Industri AB.

Stålpartier i norr AB (SPINAB) is a privately owned company founded in 2014, based in Öjebyn, outside Piteå, Sweden. The owners are Ulf Isaksson, Tomas Persson and Svante Björk, all of whom are active in the business. SPINAB has a turnover of approximately SEK 58 million (2025) and currently employs around 30 people.
The company manufactures bespoke window, door and façade solutions in steel and stainless steel, primarily for public and commercial environments. Deliveries are characterized by high requirements for security, quality and precision. SPINAB also manufactures certified security solutions incorporating the Keep®safe system.
Keep the company AB is a privately owned company that develops and markets Keep®safe system, a world-unique patented security solution for doors, windows and façades. The company is owned by Ulf Isaksson, Tomas Persson, Svante Björk, Håkan Karlsson and Kajsa Fasth.
Keep®safe system provides the highest level of protection against extreme and destructive threats, including attacks, explosions, ballistic impact, fire and intrusion. The solution is used in security-classified projects with particularly high requirements and in international markets.
